Academy of Enlightened Leadership & Achievement provides life coach training programs aimed at certifying individuals to become certified coaches. Detailed descriptions of our programs are available on our website.

3. Enrollment and Payment

To enroll in our training programs, you must complete the registration process and make the required payment(s). All payments must be made in full unless a payment plan is offered and agreed upon. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be reflected on our website.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment within 3 days for a full refund, provided that you notify us in writing. After this period, no refunds will be issued for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided in our training programs are the intellectual property of Academy of Enlightened Leadership & Achievement. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without our prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the training. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in expulsion from the program without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Academy of Enlightened Leadership & Achievement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the training.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Dakota, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Dakota.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
